My autobiography :)

Hi everyone! My name is Antonia Paz, I'm eighteen years old and I live in Maipu with my parents and my two dogs (Tomi and Pelé). Now, I will write my biography for you can know a little more about me.

 I was born in January 20th of two thousand in Santiago of Chile. I've always lived with my parents and some years also with my older brother (his name is Juan Pablo). My house is in front of my grandparents's house and for this reason I'm going there every day <3 

 I studied elementary and high school in the same school in Maipú called Colegio San Leonardo. I lived great moments in this place and I met persons that became in good friends (incluiding my teachers). I graduated from high school last year, and I started my studies this year in the career of Social Work at the University of Chile.

 About my hobbies, I enjoy playing with my dogs but I play more with Pelé because Tomi is old (Tomi's fourteen years old) and for this reason sleeps most of the time :( I like going to new places, talking with my friends, family or anyone (I like talking with new people), listening to music, drawing sometimes and enjoy the life every minute of my existence.

Today, I will talk about my experience with this type of evaluation: The blogs. Blogs I liked a lot, because I was allowed to write about entertaining topics and learn and know more about my classmates. In my opinion, if they helped me develop my writing skills in English (despite using google translator), because now I use it as less as before, and also I use more connectors and words in English.  I'm sure that what I learned will be useful for the everyday use of English in the university. I think that blogs are a good type of evaluation, more freedom to write and that promotes socializing with the classmates! For the future of blogs, I would add more opinion blogs on a controversial topic, or simply on a contingency topic. I think that opinion blogs would help develop argumentation and writing skills in English. A subject I enjoy studying this semester!!

Hello everyone! I hope you're well <3 Today I will talk about my favorite subject of this term! I think that my favorite subject of this semester is an "Historia Social de Chile". In this class the teacher explains facts from the past since the perspective of the popular classes, in the period since nineteen century until the present day. The main contents that we have seen are migration field-city and the increase and the consolidation of the city of Santiago. The teacher talks about events that in the most of times, one did not learn at school. I really like this class because I learn about the story of places, communities and neighborhoods that, although being close to me, I didn't know the history hidden behind its present. After this class, I always feel that I'm learning something new and interesting, that I can later share with my family. My favourite piece of techonolgy!

Hi!!! I hope you’re well! Today I´m going to talk about my favorite piece of techonolgy.  My favorite piece of techonolgy is my laptop! I had my first laptop when I was 11 years old and I shared it with my mom. Now, I have this computer since Christmas 2015 and it's a gift from my parents 😊 I use it for surf in social networks like Facebook or Instagram, to listen to music, watch videos on Youtube, study and save photos from my cellphone.   I use my laptop almost every day, usually at night 😉 I prefer to use my laptop more than my cell phone because I think it is more comfortable because it has a keyboard and for that reason it can be used faster than the cell phone. Also, the laptop has more memory to save files and photos (many photos)   My life without my laptop it would be like now but more disconnected and I would not have saved my memories </ 3   I hope you liked the blog today!
